Steps to make 鱼香肉丝

  • 1.主要材料备齐。里脊肉、笋、水发木耳切丝,葱切丝,大蒜、姜片切末备用;
  • 2.肉丝加盐、料酒和少许淀粉腌制10分钟;
  • 3.蚝油、生抽、醋、白糖、豆瓣酱混合调匀成调味汁,剩余芡粉加水兑成芡汁备用;
  • 4.炒锅里把油烧热,放入葱、姜、蒜爆香;
  • 5.加入肉丝滑炒,炒至肉丝变白色;
  • 6.加入混合好的调味汁炒匀,再倒入笋丝和木耳丝;
  • 7.用装调味汁的小碗装点水加进去,再加入芡汁翻炒均匀至酱汁浓稠就可以了。
