菜心烩银耳
第一次吃到咸的银耳时就觉得很惊艳,以前吃银耳一般都是炖甜汤,现在换种吃法也是很不错的,嫩嫩的菜心,(根本就还没长大就被辣手摧花了,),脆脆的银耳,香浓的汤汁,一碗菜,什么都有了,配碗饭,就是美味的一餐,

Steps to make 菜心烩银耳

  • 1.银耳提前泡发好,
  • 2.煮10min左右,
  • 3.捞起,迅速过凉水,可以多过几道,(这样能让银耳更脆,)
  • 4.过好凉水的银耳就准备好了,
  • 5.肉切薄片,红椒切丝,
  • 6.热锅下油,快速翻炒肉片,放适量盐,
  • 7.变色后加入红椒丝翻炒均匀,
  • 8.加入适量高汤,(没有高汤用浓汤宝也可以的,用过几次,感觉还不错,这次高汤用的是骨头汤,),下银耳,待汤汁收了三分之一后放入菜心,待菜心熟了,大火收成浓汁用适量盐调味即可,
