此将使用的是美的华凌kaoker1智能烤箱。它是由2个高精度温度传感器对角线分布,通过模糊控制算法实现精准的温度感知。3根电热管通过PID算法实现无极调功,升温迅速,控温平稳!内部温度非常均匀。25-45℃,温度偏差±1℃;150-230℃,温度偏差±3℃温场均匀,多层同烤毫无压力!全温度覆盖25~230℃,发酵、解冻、干果、烘焙、空气炸、烧烤,样样精通。

Steps to make 圣诞纸杯蛋糕

  • 1.将牛奶和玉米油放入干净的盆中搅拌至乳化。
  • 2.筛入低筋面粉,Z字形搅拌均匀。
  • 3.放入蛋黄,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.在打蛋清之前,将美的华凌kaoker1智能烤箱180度预热。
  • 5.蛋白分三次加入细砂糖打发至小尖角。
  • 6.取三分之一蛋白糊于蛋黄糊翻拌均匀。
  • 7.再倒与剩下的三分之二蛋白糊翻拌均匀。
  • 8.将面糊倒入纸杯中,然后每个纸杯震几下。把气泡震出去。
  • 9.预热十分钟后放入,调整到160—170度烤30分钟。如果在烘烤过程中需要离开烤箱,可以将烤箱与手机连接,通过手机来操控烤箱,非常智能,非常方便。
  • 10.烤蛋糕的时候来打发奶油。待蛋糕凉透用奶油挤出圣诞老人的图案。如果觉得挤圣诞老人比较麻烦,就直接挤圣诞帽这样就简单很多了。
