Steps to make 老玉米糖水

  • 1.生石灰加水,沉淀后,把上面哪层清的石灰水倒入老玉米中。水要加多一些,因为我的玉米是干的吸水比较大。
  • 2.高压锅开火,上气后关小火,煮20分钟,至可以自然打开。
  • 3.取出过冷水,不断搓擦,去掉玉米表面的哪层皮。
  • 4.泡上一天,途中记得换水。然后再放入高压锅中,加入适量的水和红糖,上气后压15分钟熄火,取出即可食用。
