山药味甘、性平,入肺、脾、肾经;不燥不腻   具有健脾补肺、益胃补肾、固肾益精、聪耳明目、助五脏、强筋骨、长志安神、延年益寿的功效   主治脾胃虚弱、倦怠无力、食欲不振、久泄久痢、肺气虚燥、痰喘咳嗽、肾气亏耗、腰膝酸软、下肢痿弱、消渴尿频、遗精早泄、带下白浊、皮肤赤肿、肥胖等病症。

蓝莓中所含的花青素是世界上常见的41种水果蔬菜中含量最高的,所以世界粮农组织推荐蓝莓为世界五大健康食品之一,被誉为“黄金浆果”,“果中之王”,日本称之为“视力果”。蓝莓还被称为“口服的皮肤化妆品”。蓝莓中的花青素改善皮肤弹性、减少皮肤病和皱纹,甚至消除疤痕、祛除色斑、美白肌肤。花青素由内而外的双重保护作用,可以防止皮肤皱纹的早期出现,并且使皮肤长期光滑,富有弹性。

Steps to make 蓝莓山药泥

  • 1.准备所需材料。
  • 2.将山药洗净,去皮后切成块状放入盘中,蒸锅中倒入水,用大火蒸20分钟,直到山药变软。
  • 3.山药蒸至没有硬芯,能用筷子戳透即可端出锅,再放入碗中用勺子压成更细腻的泥状,加入淡奶、盐。
  • 4.充分搅拌均匀。
  • 5.锅中倒入清水,加入蓝莓果酱和冰糖。
  • 6.用大火煮开后,转成小火继续熬制,直到蓝莓酱和清水,变得粘稠,倒出冷却。
  • 7.将裱花嘴放入裱花袋中,再将山药泥装进裱花袋中。
  • 8.最后挤入容器中,淋上蓝莓酱即可。
