珍珠丸子---电饭煲蒸出的美味
珍珠丸子以前在老家过年时常做的,但也只是看妈妈做过,自己没有动过手。昨晚老公突发奇想要吃珍珠丸子,我说没做过呢,他说,给妈打个电话问问。然后我打电话问了妈妈,妈妈交待了一些自己做丸子的心得,然后还是不忘叮嘱我,你先做几个试试啊,别浪费了东西。那我就做几个试试吧,用电饭煲来蒸就行了,如果做得好了,以后多做些吧,嘿嘿。第一次做出的丸子,样子不太好看,也不圆,但味口还不错,大家将就着看一下吧,现丑了哈

Steps to make 珍珠丸子---电饭煲蒸出的美味

  • 1.一把糯米用水泡2个小时左右
  • 2.肉滑是在超市买的,省事(自己剁的应该味道更好些)。鸡蛋一个,姜与葱切碎末
  • 3.将肉滑,姜葱,鸡蛋倒入大碗内,加适量的盐、料酒,鸡精,一小勺淀粉(老家做这种丸子只要蛋清,不要蛋黄的,但我也加进去了,嘻嘻)
  • 4.用筷子朝一个方向打圈
  • 5.继续搅拌,将各种调料与肉滑尽量弄得均匀些
  • 6.用一块纱布打湿水(在超市里有卖)平铺在电饭煲的蒸格上
  • 7.将搅拌好的肉陷用手搓成大小一致的小肉团样,放在沥干的糯米里滚上一圈,让它全身沾满糯米
  • 8.电饭煲内加水煮至沸腾,然后将装着丸子的蒸格放进去
  • 9.盖上煮20分钟左右
  • 10.哈,蒸好的丸子,虽然大小不一致,但还像点珍珠丸子的样儿,嘻嘻
