焦糖布丁(免烤箱)
家里小朋友吵着要吃布丁几天了,今天终于给她做上了,出锅俩孩子抢着吃,也是,焦糖布丁确实很好吃,细腻顺滑的布丁配着精心熬至的焦糖,吃上一口细腻顺滑,入口即化,香甜可口!

  • 温牛奶200ml
  • 细砂糖(布丁)20g
  • 清水30ml
  • 细砂糖(焦糖)30g
  • 热水15ml

Steps to make 焦糖布丁(免烤箱)

  • 1.准备食材备用,鸡蛋,牛奶,白砂糖,清水,这时蒸锅提前烧开水,烧水时,刚好可以把牛奶热一下。
  • 2.然后再煮焦糖,小锅里加入30克白砂糖和30克水。
  • 3.小火煮至焦糖色,不要搅拌。
  • 4.再加入15克热水,晃动均匀。
  • 5.趁热倒入杯子里,因为焦糖凉了就凝固了。
  • 6.再来做布丁液,鸡蛋里加入白砂糖搅拌至融化。
  • 7.再边倒入温牛奶边搅拌。
  • 8.搅拌均匀。
  • 9.过筛2次。
  • 10.倒入装有焦糖的杯子里。
  • 11.盖上锡纸或保鲜膜,用牙签扎孔。
  • 12.水开上锅蒸10分钟。
  • 13.蒸好取出来晾一会儿,用脱模刀或小刀,沿边缘划一圈。
  • 14.找一个盘子倒扣过来。
  • 15.然后再把杯子拿掉,焦糖布丁就好了。
  • 16.入口即化,细腻顺滑,香甜可口!
