烧烤味咸鸭蛋
完全是灵机一动。烧烤料不用来做烧烤,除了闲置只能闲置,而闲置得太久的话,只能扔掉。如何换一种方式去利用它呢?鸭蛋季节,忽然有了灵感。做个烧烤味的咸鸭蛋,如何?不妨试试。
虽然准备了10个鸭蛋,却没敢多试,仅此三个,万一不受欢迎,也只三个而已。按照最初的设想,本当全用烧烤料。然而,一方面担心烧烤味道太浓郁,一般人接受不了,另一方面,又担心烧烤料盐份不足,鸭蛋会坏掉。犹豫一番,一半一半吧。
等待很漫长,一个月以后,终于在这个看起来似乎还比较空闲的日子,启封一尝。终究还是性急了一点,如果再等上一周,或许蛋黄就完全沙沙的了,而不会有中央那些许淡淡的黄。。。。。。

  • 5.混合均匀
  • 6.将鸭蛋放入酒中,滚一圈
  • 7.放入调料中滚上一圈
  • 8.装入容器中,
  • 9.密封保存一月以上
  • 10.启封
  • 11.洗净表面调料
  • 12.冷水入锅,
  • 13.煮沸后继续煮5-10分钟
  • 14.倒出,控干水分
  • 15.切开食用
