  • 蚝油2汤勺

Steps to make 花涧香展

  • 1.牛腱子肉首先用煮锅烧开水焯水一下。
  • 2.煮好的肉洗去浮沫控干。
  • 3.所有调料备好。
  • 4.取一口深锅,锅内放油,油热放入姜片、葱大火爆香。
  • 5. 放入桂皮、大料、草果,冰糖倒入绍兴酒、鸡汁、耗油和酱油,再倒入约七杯水,放入唐河盐,转调小火。
  • 6.放入牛腱子肉,再倒入八宝茶,炖制三个小时。
  • 7.将沙河粉中倒入两滴食用油,搅拌抓匀,让沙河粉全部沾上油
  • 8.取煎锅,将沙河粉平铺在锅底,两面煎至焦脆。
  • 9.煎好的沙河粉装盘。
  • 10.煮好的牛腱子肉捞出逆纹切成片。
  • 11.肉片放在煎好的沙河粉上,一起摆盘即可。
