向日葵饼干
向日葵饼干不但看着漂亮,吃着口感也非常不错,看到一盘饼干在烤箱里烤,就像看到一朵朵开放的向日葵。

  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 黄油50g
  • 糖粉37g
  • 鸡蛋液15g

Steps to make 向日葵饼干

  • 1.黄油软化后加入糖粉,用打蛋器搅打均匀
  • 2.分两次加入蛋液,每次都要搅打均匀,让蛋液完全吸收,加入香草粉搅拌均匀
  • 3.筛入低粉,用橡皮刮刀切拌成无干粉的面团
  • 4.也可以用手揉成面团
  • 5.将面团放在案板上,用擀面杖擀成薄片,外围用蛋挞模压出花形,中间我用的是瓶盖子压出也印痕,(不要压断)中间用叉子叉若干小孔,四周花边用勺子压出花边来
  • 6.烤箱预热170°,放在中层,烤10分钟左右,表面上色即可
