十寸威风蛋糕
材料的顺序:鸡蛋-玉米油-牛奶-糖粉-低粉。
8寸模具配料是:4个鸡蛋,50克玉米油,60克牛奶,70克糖粉,80克低粉。
6寸模具配料是:2个鸡蛋,25克玉米油,30克牛奶,35克糖粉,40克低粉。

Steps to make 十寸威风蛋糕

  • 1.把所需东西准备好备用。
  • 2.蛋黄打发如图状。
  • 3.加入玉米油和牛奶,用手动打蛋器均匀至没有油点。
  • 4.筛入全部低粉,用手动打蛋器搅拌至没有干粉和粉粒,面糊顺滑成蛋黄糊即可。
  • 5.这个时候先提前预热烤箱,上下火150度10分钟,然后再将蛋清中滴入白醋三滴并高速打发至如图状加入第一次糖粉。
  • 6.高速打发至如图状加入第二次糖粉。
  • 7.高速打发至有纹路,加入第三次糖粉继续高速打发。
  • 8.直至感到明显阻力,蛋白霜纹路立体细腻即可。
  • 9.蛋糊液中加入三分之一的蛋白霜,快速翻拌没有大颗蛋白霜即可。
  • 10.把蛋黄湖倒回剩余三分之二蛋白霜中,继续快速翻拌至如图状即可。
  • 11.把蛋糕湖倒入10寸模具里,轻震几下把大气泡震出并表面平整,放入预热好的烤箱底层,上下火150度,70分钟。
  • 12.烤制结束后马上取出并轻震几下,接着倒扣到合适的工具上,直到凉透才可脱模。
  • 13.香香的很好吃。
