  • 1.大米用电饭锅焖熟晾凉。
  • 2.取一勺米饭,用保鲜膜包裹揉成小团。(可以加入一点儿橄榄油、盐、芝麻、烧烤料等)
  • 3.擀成薄片。
  • 4.越薄越好。
  • 5.用刀划成菱形或喜欢的样式。
  • 6.放入烤箱烘烤。(参考温度上下150度,约30分钟左右)
  • 7. OK。
