酥炸蘑菇
以前也发过一个菜谱是椒盐蘑菇,与这次这个有所不同,各有各的味道,具体看个人口味与喜好,呵呵。。。
这个鸡蛋用量比较大,所以较酥;上一次的那个裹的是面粉与淀粉的糊,可能相比较来说,较脆一些。

    Steps to make 酥炸蘑菇

    • 1.蘑菇掰小份,洗净沥干水份;鸡蛋打散;面粉与盐混合均匀。
    • 2.先将蘑菇过一次鸡蛋。
    • 3.再放入面粉中打个滚,使其每一个都裹上一层面粉。
    • 4.将过面的蘑菇再次放入鸡蛋液中拌匀。
    • 5.开火,锅中倒入适量的油,大火热至9成时转小火,放入裹蛋液的蘑菇炸至金黄。
    • 6.捞出控油,即可装盘。
    • 7.成品图,单这么吃己经很香很香了。
