    Steps to make 红与白的搭配-椒香萝卜丝

    • 1.白萝卜洗净去皮后切丝,加入少许盐腌一下,目的在于让萝卜里的水份排出一些方便入味。待萝卜丝出水后,挤干水份,再加入适量的盐和糖备用(先不拌开)
    • 2.小勺里倒入少许油和干辣椒,煤气开到最小火,慢慢加热(我是图方便,当然用锅也行)
    • 3.看到油开始有些冒泡,辣椒略有变色即可,否则变黑就焦糊不香了,太嫩辣味没能充份提炼也不好吃。
    • 4.乘热倒入刚才已经添加好调味的萝卜丝中
    • 5.拌匀,过个10分钟入味了就能吃啦
