Steps to make 肉酿虎皮青椒

  • 1.准备好300克的尖椒,洗净挖掉里面的籽。
  • 2.200克猪肉馅。
  • 3.葱姜蒜切末。
  • 4.肉末里放入2克盐、5克姜末、5克葱花、3克生抽、1克糖、1克胡椒粉、5克玉米淀粉。
  • 5.抓均混合。
  • 6.将每一个辣椒酿入肉末,封口处粘上淀粉。
  • 7.酿好的所有辣椒。
  • 8.上锅入适量油,将辣椒煎至表面起虎皮状。
  • 9.煎好的虎皮椒盛盘。
  • 10.用锅里的底油爆香葱姜蒜,加入5克料酒、5克生抽、3克老抽。
  • 11.再加入1克糖和适量的水煮开。
  • 12.加入虎皮椒,用中火煮约七八分钟至汤汁浓稠,洒点胡椒粉即可出锅。
