Steps to make 果蔬皮冻

  • 1.已处理好的猪皮,放入锅中回软。
  • 2.将煮软后的猪皮切成丝,放入锅中再煮制手指能捏动即可。
  • 3.将猪丝倒入不锈钢盆中隔水蒸2个小时,取出后晾至温放入模具中,再将西兰花取小朵焯水后放入猪皮丝上。
  • 4.冷藏好的猪皮冻取出。
  • 5.先切去不规则的四边。
  • 6.再切成方型块。
  • 7.将皮冻摆入盘中。
  • 8.将小金桔切成花样形状。
  • 9.摆放盘中即可,美观漂亮、造型独特、小金桔也可同时食用呦。
  • 10.中间放一朵玫瑰花,使皮冻别具一格。
