Steps to make 鹌鹑蛋拌苦瓜

  • 1.准备好所需要的食材,虾去虾线清洗干净。
  • 2.虾清洗干净,去掉虾线,锅里放入适量的清水,葱段姜片下锅煮熟。
  • 3.苦瓜从中间竖着切开,去掉里面的瓤,切成小块。
  • 4.鹌鹑蛋清洗干净,温水下锅煮熟,通常开锅后2分钟即可关火取出,煮好的鹌鹑蛋投入到冷水里,这样比较容易去壳。
  • 5.将去壳的鹌鹑蛋从中间切开,斜着切开比较好夹,也更容易入味。
  • 6.取一只空碗,将酱油、生抽、蚝油、米醋、糖倒入碗里搅拌均匀。
  • 7.将调好的酱浇到鹌鹑蛋的蛋黄上,这样更容易入味,再拌入苦瓜,虾去壳摆在旁边,最后撒少许的黑胡椒味道会更丰富,更好吃。
