Steps to make 一滴汤汁都不剩的西红柿炖牛腩

  • 1.牛腩肉切成约3×3厘米的块儿,西红柿用开水烫后剥皮切块,香芹切成约2厘米的段。
  • 2.牛腩肉冷水下锅汆水打沬,捞出倒入高压锅,加清水没过牛腩,加入姜,葱,大料,小茴香,盐清炖四十分钟至软烂,滤出杂质,捞出备用。
  • 3.锅内加花生油50克,下入葱花炒香,依次加入番茄酱50克,番茄沙司30克,西红柿丁,茄汁黄豆180克,翻炒均匀,煮2分钟
  • 4.倒入牛肉原汤和熟牛腩块,加入糖、盐调味,中火慢炖10分钟。最后加入蒜末,香芹段,即可出锅。
