蒜蓉蒸生蚝
我们家蒜蓉类的菜肴吃的特别多,经常就是蒜蓉粉丝蒸贝类,或者蒜蓉蒸丝瓜,蒜蓉蒸茄子的,感觉真的超喜欢蒜蓉做的菜,而且要多多的蒜蓉做出来的才够香够好吃的呢,今天就又做一个蒜蓉菜肴,就是蒜蓉蒸生蚝,靠近海边有新鲜的生蚝,我们家吃生蚝就简单的弄点蒜,把生蚝蒸开口了,加上蒜蓉就特别好吃,既简单又能保留生蚝最原本的鲜美味道,而且也不腥腻。生蚝配啤酒是比较不错的宵夜搭档哦。

  • 生蚝1000克
  • 大蒜100克
  • 5克
  • 生抽5毫升
  • 小米辣3克

Steps to make 蒜蓉蒸生蚝

  • 1.大蒜在料理机里打碎。
  • 2.锅中热油倒入三分之二的蒜米小火炒。
  • 3.加入一勺盐。
  • 4.加入适量生抽。
  • 5.加入一颗小米辣的辣椒圈。
  • 6.把剩下1/3的蒜米继续倒入锅中炒。
  • 7.蒜蓉翻炒均匀后装出来。
  • 8.锅中水烧开,把生蚝外壳清洗干净后,放入蒸锅中。
  • 9.盖上锅盖,蒸五到八分钟,看到生蚝的壳开口就是熟了。
  • 10.把生蚝壳上边的壳掰掉,然后放在盘子中。
  • 11.上面均匀铺一层之前炒好的蒜蓉酱即可。
