前几天和家人聊天的时候,无意中聊起,去某酒店吃鲍鱼的情景。孩子问;鲍鱼是什么味道,一点都不好吃,嚼不动,还这么贵。鲍鱼长得什么样子。。。。。为了孩子的好奇心,和对鲍鱼的偏见,我只好去海鲜市场买了几只鲜活的鲍鱼,让她长长见识。在家我很少做鲍鱼,主要是因为鲍鱼很贵,怕在家做不好,浪费了食材。当孩子第一眼看到鲍鱼的时候,惊奇的说;啊,鲍鱼原来是贝类的呀,,我一直以为是鱼呢,,,,看来我的钱没白花。。。

我用这鲍鱼做了蒜茸粉丝蒸鲍鱼,老公吃了以后,连连称赞,味道真好,比酒店做的好吃,以后不用再花冤枉钱去酒店吃鲍鱼了,,,蒜茸粉丝蒸鲍鱼,是一道简单易做的家常海鲜菜,掌握好蒸鲍鱼的时间,就可以轻松做出可以和五星级酒店比美的海鲜大餐。

Steps to make 蒜蓉粉丝蒸鲍鱼

  • 1.1 鲍鱼清洗干净。
  • 2.粉丝剪短,提前泡软。
  • 3.用小刀,轻轻取出鲍鱼后剔除内脏。
  • 4.保留鲍鱼壳,用小刷,刷洗干净。
  • 5.把鲍鱼肉冲洗干净后在上面切上花刀。
  • 6.大蒜剁成蒜泥备用。
  • 7.锅中注入油烧热,加入蒜泥爆香。
  • 8.再倒入蒸鱼豉油炒匀。
  • 9.把泡好的粉丝放在鲍鱼壳里。
  • 10.粉丝上放鲍鱼肉。
  • 11.全部做好后放入盘中,淋上蒜料汁。
  • 12.蒸锅注入水,水开后放入鲍鱼,大火蒸至5--8分钟。
  • 13.另起锅加入油,烧热。
  • 14.将油趁热,浇在鲍鱼上即可。
