椰汁香芋板栗南瓜

Steps to make 椰汁香芋板栗南瓜

  • 1.食材:荔浦芋头 半个板栗 6个南瓜 100克鲜百合 半个椰浆 200ml烹制方法:煮参考月龄:12M+操作时间:15分钟。
  • 2.锅中放一碗水煮,香芋切块加入煮。tips:荔浦芋头,超市有网上也有。煮出来超级香,还带着甜,是普通芋头达不到的口感。
  • 3.鲜百合加入。tips:就觉得百合和他们一起煮汤,很搭。没有就省略呗~
  • 4.熟板栗切一半,用勺子将板栗肉挖进锅中。
  • 5.南瓜切块。
  • 6.加入南瓜一起煮10分钟。
  • 7.椰浆倒入再煮3分钟出锅。tips:不加椰浆也很好喝,我喜欢这种原汁原味的汤水,有时候上班不想做饭,中午我就吃这个,很有饱腹感。
  • 8.都是好吃的食材,煮出来浓郁的汤水,怎么会不好喝。
