青菜炒年糕
年糕,我们家也是经常会备的,有时候一个人在家或者说不想烧菜的时候,那就烧年糕,简单快手,吵着吃,烧着吃,都喜欢~~

  • 年糕2条
  • 青菜2棵
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 鸡精2g
  • 1勺
  • 茶油2勺
  • 生抽1勺

Steps to make 青菜炒年糕

  • 1.年糕,洗下,切成块;青菜,洗净,切成段;
  • 2.鸡蛋打散,最好是多打下,打出泡,这样的鸡蛋入锅会比较松散;
  • 3.热锅,入油,油要稍微多点,倒入鸡蛋,迅速划散;
  • 4.先放入青菜翻炒下,再放入年糕,翻炒;年糕,如果很硬的话,在放进炒之前,先用水浸泡下;
  • 5.再放入一小勺的盐,翻炒;
  • 6.再入一点的生抽,继续翻炒,尽量不要粘锅;
  • 7.用筷子压下,已经软了,或者用筷子戳下,能有软感,应该就好了;
  • 8.调入一点鸡精,就可以出锅了;
