莴笋叶饭是小时候吃的,那时候姊妹多,只有爸爸妈妈挣钱养家,家里条件不太多,妈妈是位能干贤惠的好妻子好妈妈。到了春天,莴笋上市了,妈妈就用莴笋叶和面粉玉米粉拌在一起,用蒸锅蒸熟加盐拌拌吃,来补充粮票的不足。现在条件好了,反而把这饭当做美味来吃。今天做了给女儿吃并讲了小时候吃这饭的由来,女儿还说太好吃了,你小时候吃的挺好的嘛。我无语了,真不该把这饭做得精致了,本来是想让女儿忆苦思甜的,反而适得其反!现在的孩子真的不理解我们那时候的处境,也许这就是代沟的问题吧。

    • 1.食材:莴笋叶 面粉 玉米粉 盐 芝麻辣椒油 熟花生米 大蒜 醋 胡椒粉
    • 2.把莴笋叶洗净沥干水分切末
    • 3.加面粉
    • 4.加玉米粉
    • 5.一起拌均匀
    • 6.蒸笼铺上纱布加入拌好的莴笋叶,放入蒸锅大火蒸制20分钟左右
    • 7.蒸熟后趁热加少许的盐拌均匀
    • 8.大蒜用捣蒜器捣成泥
    • 9.放在碗里,加醋芝麻辣椒油凉开水胡椒粉拌均匀,倒在蒸熟的莴笋叶上,撒上熟花生米即可
