新年里,相信多数同学大鱼大肉的都没少吃吧,每个新年过后,都是清肠减脂运动最热烈的时刻。所以今儿我们就用最寻常的食材,做一种最清新的吃法:芝香四季豆。同样是四季豆,但这焯熟凉拌的做法,口感却与炖炒大不同,多了一点爽脆,多了一丝清新,是清肠排毒的绝佳小菜。

凉拌的做法非常简单,但需要注意的是:一定要将四季豆彻底炒熟,否则会残留毒素,吃了肠胃会不舒服。芝麻最好用炒熟的白芝麻,拌凉菜时会增添一股特殊的香气。

Steps to make 芝香四季豆

  • 1.按照食材与调料准备好菜品所需主料及辅料;

  • 4.焯烫好的四季豆捞出,放入冷水中浸泡;
  • 5.降温后的四季豆沥干水分,放入少许盐和糖;
  • 6.再根据个人口味加入少许椒盐;
  • 7.加入适量醋和香油;
  • 8.最后加入白芝麻,拌匀即可。
