虾仁焗饭
本人懒人一枚,但好美食,焗饭可谓和我心意。家里的路由器出问题,没有WiFi,好不容易装了个共享精灵,也不知道好不好用!反正是用上了,所以,发个菜谱思密达!

  • 米饭500g
  • 素菜粒100g

Steps to make 虾仁焗饭

  • 1.鲜虾去头尾剥壳,从背部划开(不要切断)取肠线洗净
  • 2.烧开水分别将虾仁焯烫
  • 3.杂蔬粒焯烫
  • 4.锅内入少许油,将米饭和焯烫过的杂蔬粒一起放入翻炒
  • 5.适当地加点水,放入盐、鸡精炒均匀即可装入乐扣格拉斯耐热玻璃容器中
  • 6.铺上虾仁
  • 7.撒上适量的马苏里拉,入预热过的烤箱中下层190度15分钟左右即可
  • 8.取出(记得用隔热手套哦,很烫啊),趁热撒上现磨的黑胡椒碎就可以吃啦
