南瓜花卷
南瓜营养丰富,是我经常用到的食材,而且多用于面食制作。今天制作的花卷用料简单,颜色金黄、花卷层次分明、口感柔软甜香。

    Steps to make 南瓜花卷

    • 1.将南瓜去外皮,去瓤、切片蒸熟,加入牛奶并过滤为泥(可不加牛奶或用水代替)。
    • 2.南瓜泥中放入适量酵母(今天都未过称)。
    • 3.将酵母与南瓜泥混合均匀,静置一下。
    • 4.和成面絮。
    • 5.揉成面团,饧一下再揉面团会很光滑。
    • 6.将发酵好的面团置于面案上揉至光滑。
    • 7.将面擀成大长方型面皮,均匀的刷上油,撒上薄盐、再撒上干面粉,从纵向轻轻卷起。
    • 8.卷至成长条状。
    • 9.均匀切剂子。
    • 10.2个剂子为一组,重叠在一起,然后用筷子从中间压下去,便出现花卷纹理。
    • 11.整理一下。
    • 12.逐个做好花卷坯。
    • 13.将花卷坯放入蒸锅中,烧开后计时13至15分钟,停火后3至5分钟再打开锅盖。
    • 14.蒸熟的南瓜花卷颜色金黄,柔软膨松。
    • 15.取出装盘,可以享用了。
