  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.黄油室温软化,加糖粉打发

  • 6.和成面团
  • 7.分成250克,170克,140克三个面团
  • 8.最大的加绿茶粉,中间的加吉士粉,最小的加可可粉,揉均匀
  • 9.将加了吉士粉的搓成圆柱体
  • 10.将绿茶粉杆成厚片
  • 11.把吉士粉面包到绿茶面片中
  • 12.将可可面团杆成片
  • 13.将上面包好的绿茶吉士粉面包上可可面皮,整形后放入冰箱冷冻30分钟
  • 14.从冰箱拿出切片,表面刷少许蛋液,用黑芝麻装饰
  • 15.烤箱中层180度,烤20分钟
  • 16.凉后密封保存
