前两天炸的五花肉还有一块,想起在妈妈那拿的一包梅干菜。

所以就再来个梅菜扣肉!

    Steps to make 梅菜扣肉

    • 1.备好食材(梅干菜提前半小时泡去咸味)。
    • 2.所有配料。
    • 3.五花肉和梅菜切好备用。配料装碗里加进适量盐,酱油,蚝油,米酒,生粉,白糖拌匀。
    • 4.把调料倒进锅里烧开,熄火后把五花肉倒进拌匀。
    • 5.把拌好的五花肉码好,梅菜也倒锅里翻炒几下后盛到五花肉面上。接着放锅里蒸上。
    • 6.蒸上一小时左右后拿出,用一碟子盖面上,反扣过来即可。
