  • 那秋之林红豆馅1盒
  • 栗子馅1盒

Steps to make 紫薯红豆蛋黄酥

  • 1.材料备齐,黄油室温软化,猪油就不用了。
  • 2.水油皮材料全部放入面包机揉面。
  • 3.揉出薄膜即可。滚圆盖保鲜膜松弛30分钟。
  • 4.油酥材料混合揉成团后盖保鲜膜松弛30分钟。
  • 5.咸蛋黄先沾一层白酒。
  • 6.再放入长帝风炉烤箱140度,烘烤7-8分钟。取出放凉备用。
  • 7.红豆馅和栗子馅分割成30克一个,包上咸蛋黄备用。
  • 8.水油皮和油酥面团各分割成10份。
  • 9.取水油皮面团包裹上油酥面团。
  • 10.将面团擀开成牛舌状。
  • 11.从上往下卷起,盖保鲜膜松弛15分钟。
  • 12.松弛好的面卷封口冲上,压扁后再擀开,要擀的比擀面杖长些。
  • 13.从上往下卷起,收紧封口。
  • 14.用刀从中间切开,切面冲上。
  • 15.压扁,擀成圆形。
  • 16.包上内陷,有层次的那面要包在外面。一定要收紧封口。
  • 17.摆入烤盘中。
  • 18.长帝风炉烤箱启动烘烤模式,两层同烤,160度,25-30分钟。
  • 19.出炉脱模放凉即可。
