香菜肉丸
又是一道很怀旧的菜。很多时候爱一道菜,其实只是一种情结。

小时候不爱吃香菜,因为感觉臭臭的,爸爸说很有营养,所以切碎了加到肉丸里。

    Steps to make 香菜肉丸

    • 1.原料备用。
    • 2.肉放入料理机,打成泥。
    • 3.豆腐入锅蒸两分钟放凉,压按成泥。
    • 4.香菜洗净,剁碎。
    • 5.把肉泥,豆腐,香菜以及配料放入大碗中。
    • 6.用筷子往一个方向搅打上劲。
    • 7.用勺子挖成小球。
    • 8.锅内水烧开,下入肉丸,以小火把肉丸煮熟即可。
