蜂蜜柚子茶

  • 柚子(果肉与柚皮丝约900克)1个
  • 冰糖200克
  • 蜂蜜300克
  • 两小碗

Steps to make 蜂蜜柚子茶

  • 1.柚子用盐充分搓去表面蜡质。
  • 2.用热水冲洗干净。
  • 3.刮出薄薄的柚子皮,尽量不带白瓤。我用的柠檬刀很方便。
  • 4.用淡盐水浸泡3--4个小时以去其苦味。
  • 5.剥出净果肉。
  • 6.放入维仕美破壁机调理杯中盖上杯盖。
  • 7.选择果蔬键。启动开关键后柚子肉瞬间被打碎
  • 8.将打碎的果肉、柚子皮、冰糖与两小碗水一同放入锅中。
  • 9.大火煮开后,转小火。
  • 10.期间不停搅拌,煮至柚子茶粘稠无水分、柚子皮变透明关火。
  • 11.放至温热后加入蜂蜜同一方向搅匀,然后密封冷藏保存一周后即可食用。
  • 12.蜂蜜柚子茶冲调时最好用温水,这样不会破坏其原有的营养成份,也可以当果酱来吃,别有一番风味。
