  • 4.水热后,加入鸡块
  • 5.加入泡好的虫草花和水
  • 6.加入切成小段的水果玉米
  • 7.高压锅上汽后,小火煮十分钟,关火,自然泄压后打开。喜食清淡的用小勺撇去上面的油花。
  • 8.汤中调入适量的食盐,加入切成段的竹荪,煮五分钟关火。
  • 9.出锅,撒上香菜。
