自制花生酱和芝麻酱

  • 炼乳或蜂蜜40克
  • 熟白芝麻200克

Steps to make 自制花生酱和芝麻酱

  • 1.花生米平铺在微波炉烤盘上。
  • 2.微波约7分钟烤熟,每2分钟取出来翻拌一下。
  • 3.晾凉后去皮,倒入维仕美破壁料理杯中。
  • 4.配合使用搅拌棒。
  • 5.选择酱料键,先将花生打碎。
  • 6.然后加入熟花生油、盐、炼乳。
  • 7.继续打至顺滑、细腻即可。(搅打时应不时让破壁机休息一下,以免损坏。)
  • 8.把花生酱盛出后,把熟芝麻放入维仕美料理机中。
  • 9.用同样的方法,先搅碎再加入适量香油把白芝麻搅打成酱。
