脆皮华夫碗

Steps to make 脆皮华夫碗

  • 1.准备好材料,草莓是做冰激凌的。
  • 2.鸡蛋加白砂糖。
  • 3.加牛奶。
  • 4.打散打匀。
  • 5.筛入低粉。
  • 6.搅拌均匀。
  • 7.最好将面糊过筛一遍。
  • 8.加入黄油。
  • 9.再次搅拌均匀。
  • 10.准备一个漂亮的碗,我没有只好用纸杯蛋糕的杯子。
  • 11.预热华夫饼机。
  • 12.舀一勺面糊,大概15-20毫升的样子。
  • 13.盖上盖子烘烤两分钟左右,时间一定要掌握好。
  • 14.我用了两分十秒正好,将饼皮快速取出放杯子上,两手包住饼皮,让饼皮定型。
  • 15.2分15秒取出的就容易脆裂了。
  • 16.待其凉透后就成脆脆的华夫碗了。
  • 17.侧面看像一朵花。
  • 18.重复12-14步骤就可以做出很多脆皮华夫碗了。
  • 19.加上冰激凌味道不要太嗲!
