猪蹄是每周菜单上的必备。今天用黄芪和当归煮一锅适合女生的营养猪蹄,未免单调又多加入几块肉骨,不爱中药味的也尽管试试这样的组合,汤头变得丰富鲜美,爱吃肉还是补充胶质,也一举两得了。只是为了赶时间,没能用砂锅慢火煲制,却还是吃吃喝喝淋漓畅快。

Steps to make 黄芪肉骨猪蹄

  • 1.材料准备好。当归不能多,否则味道就变坏了。
  • 2.猪蹄和肉骨一起焯水,放两小勺白酒。多煮一会,把油和浮沫都煮出来。然后捞出用凉水冲洗干净。
  • 3.把洗净的猪蹄和肉骨放入高压锅,黄芪、当归、枸杞、姜片、小葱一并放入。加入适量的盐、鸡精、少许胡椒粉和少许白酒。
  • 4.最后按比例加入最大限度的水,上气之后中小火压制15到20分钟就可以啦。
