让你味蕾飞起来的橙汁小蛋糕
什么橙子我都不爱吃,除非是榨成果汁或是汽水那倒是可以接受滴
  今天推荐这款香得一塌糊涂的cupcake,很显然她没有华丽丽的外表,却有盈润松软的口感
  也减少了糖的用量,加了君度力娇,主要这次是想做给外婆尝尝,不想弄得太甜腻,本身已经有黄油君带来的浓香
  老人家很喜欢吃原味戚风,前提是一定要任何东西都不加,也不想每次都千篇一律地只做同一种蛋糕
  外婆吃了肯定会嫌腻,因为她有时也很挑啦
  看到这方子的时候感觉很像磅蛋糕,最吸引我的是用了鲜榨的橙汁来做配料
  尽量不要选择市面出售的橙汁来制作,因为那些都是添加了许多其它东西滴,失去了原汁原味
  成品出来的口味会逊色很多,这又会是一个值得收藏的好方子
  绝对香到爆哈

  • 低筋面粉250g
  • 细砂糖185g
  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 鲜榨橙汁80ml
  • 君度力娇酒10ml
  • 无盐黄油250g
  • 1小勺
  • 新鲜橙皮碎或盐渍橙皮丁1大勺

Steps to make 让你味蕾飞起来的橙汁小蛋糕

  • 1.新鲜橙子用流动的水冲洗,橙肉放入榨汁机榨出果汁备用,黄油切小块室温软化,加入细砂糖用电动打蛋器搅打至体积膨松发白
  • 2.再将鸡蛋打散分次加入到黄油糊中,每一次都需要充分搅拌混合后再加入下一次蛋液(一开始稍微油水分离不要紧,继续搅打就会呈现膨松状态)
  • 3.黄油霜搅打至呈现羽毛轻盈细腻的状态
  • 4.将低筋面粉和泡打粉,盐一起过筛加入到黄油糊中
  • 5.用刮刀将黄油糊与面粉充分搅拌均匀
  • 6.拌好的面糊倒入鲜榨橙汁,再次搅拌均匀
  • 7.加入君度酒(如果没有,就直接橙汁代替,但是有加入少许君度力娇酒,蛋糕香味更浓郁)再加入橙皮碎或盐渍橙皮丁,搅拌均匀,并将面糊装入裱花袋中
  • 8.模具中放入蛋糕纸模,挤入蛋糕面糊
  • 9.模具置于烤网上,忠臣智能烤箱HBB-X6,预热170度,上下火中层烘烤18-20分钟左右
