Steps to make 黑豆沙小面包

  • 1.除黄油 和豆沙外的所有食材放入容器和好面团(忽略我婆婆家的老古董 呵呵呵)
  • 2.像往常一样肉畜手套膜
  • 3.发酵好的面
  • 4.分割成等量的小计子按压出空气后醒发十分钟左右
  • 5.十分钟过后 取一个小计子擀开均匀的抹上豆沙从一头卷起 做成生胚 一个一个做好摆放在铺好油纸的烤盘上,第二次发酵
  • 6.烤箱预热180度上下火15分钟(我的烤箱比较热,一般都要20分钟的) 看便面上色够了,加盖锡纸,快烤好的时候表面刷上蛋液
