Steps to make 玛格丽特饼干

  • 1.黄油切小块,隔热水软化。
  • 2.低筋面粉、盐、玉米淀粉筛入。
  • 3.筛入蛋黄。
  • 4.搅拌均匀成面团,放入保鲜袋,冷藏半个小时。
  • 5.分成10克左右的小球,用拇指摁扁,出现自然裂纹。烤箱170度预热,烤制15~20分钟,,边缘稍焦黄即可。(具体温度和时间视个人烤箱而定。)
  • 6.从烤箱中拿出,晾凉。
