红薯馅
刚刚上市的红薯,因为刚出土,甜度很低,所以蒸食并不好吃,于是我将红薯做成了红薯馅,口感明显改善很多,可以直接吃,也可以做成其他甜品。

  • 白砂糖100克

Steps to make 红薯馅

  • 1.将红薯用清水冲洗干净,
  • 2.放入蒸锅,大火蒸15分钟,
  • 3.蒸熟的红薯可以用筷子扎透,
  • 4.将红薯趁热去皮,
  • 5.然后戴上一次性手套,将红薯捣成泥,
  • 6.平底锅中加入1/2油,中火加热,
  • 7.倒入红薯泥,
  • 8.加入白砂糖,
  • 9.用铲子不停翻炒,待油被红薯泥吸收后,再加入1/2油,直至炒到红薯泥抱团,不再有水汽散出,即可关火。
