豆沙花式面包

Steps to make 豆沙花式面包

  • 1.酵母化水。里面白色那一个是汤种面团,忘了单独拍。事先用20g面粉加100g水拌匀,进微波炉一分钟。面糊熟了,放凉。
  • 2.初开油和豆沙,剩余材料全部倒入盆中
  • 3.面团揉匀后加入油甩到出现膜。一般甩到不太觉得粘手就可以试试是否起膜。放置面团进行发酵
  • 4.大约1-1.5小时,面团发酵到两倍大小
  • 5.取出面团排掉空气,分成小剂子,整圆
  • 6.包入豆沙馅

  • 10.烤箱烤38度左右,放置一碗水,将面包放入发酵半小时
  • 11.半小时后,取出,刷上蛋液
  • 12.烤箱温度325F,25-30分钟(可根据个人烤箱及所需上色程度上下调整)
  • 13.出炉啦
  • 14.稍微放凉,用保鲜膜装好保存
