鸡肉蔬菜卷(空气炸锅)
说起鸡肉,做法也是多种多样,宫保鸡丁、土豆烧鸡、白斩鸡…… 不过最近被安利了一种新的鸡肉吃法~不用一滴油哦! 这就要用到我刚入手的九阳空气炸锅了,20分钟就能做出超美味的鸡肉啦! 看,是不是口水都流下来了~

  • 洋葱一个
  • 食用油5ml

Steps to make 鸡肉蔬菜卷(空气炸锅)

  • 1.准备一个鸡腿
  • 2.将骨头剔除,留下完整的鸡肉
  • 3.鸡肉上撒盐,黑胡椒粉,料酒,腌制10分钟
  • 4. 豆角洗干净备用,土豆洗干净去皮,切成长条状将鸡肉平铺在案板上,肉厚的地方稍微取下点,补在肉薄的地方,尽量使厚薄均匀
  • 5.将蔬菜条包在鸡肉中,注意不要防太多以免不好卷,还容易散开
  • 6.将绳子提前洗干净,然后把卷好的鸡肉卷慢慢固定住
  • 7.空气炸锅调节至200度预热5分钟
  • 8.将鸡肉卷包裹锡纸放进预热好的空气炸锅内
  • 9. 用盐,生抽,蚝油,黑胡椒,5ml食用油,调成酱汁
  • 10. 10分钟后打开锡纸,把调好的酱汁均匀刷在鸡肉卷上,继续盖上锡纸烘烤10分钟
  • 11.一共需要20分钟就可以了香喷喷的鸡肉蔬菜卷就做好了
  • 12. 稍微冷却下再切开摆盘,凉一点会比较好切,不会散开。
  • 13.一口下去,鸡肉鲜嫩,搭配蔬菜口感非常棒哦!
