蓝莓巧克力蛋糕
这款巧克力蛋糕是向静心莲学的,一眼看到就爱上了它!据说这款法式巧克力蛋糕的配方来自小岛老师据说,因为配方的主要原料就是巧克力,所以巧克力的口味和品质是蛋糕口味的关键,达人使用的是法芙娜70%和55%两种,而我家正好有德菲斯的大袋巧克力开了没吃完,我就用它来做了!

  • 鸡蛋145克
  • 黄油75克
  • 砂糖85克
  • 冷冻蓝莓90克

Steps to make 蓝莓巧克力蛋糕

  • 1.我家正好有德菲斯的大袋巧克力开了没吃完,我就用它来做了
  • 2.巧克力和黄油隔热水融化
  • 3.加入可可粉
  • 4.搅拌均匀
  • 5.全蛋加细砂糖
  • 6.打发至滴落的蛋糊不会消失的状态
  • 7.将温热的巧克力倒入打发的全蛋中
  • 8.用刮刀从2点钟方向向7点钟方向溜底划过并顺势翻转刮刀,将底部面糊翻至表面,同时左手转动打蛋盆,如此重复翻拌动作约80次左右
  • 9.直至蛋糕糊变得紧致光泽顺滑
  • 10.加入冷冻蓝莓(预留一少部分做表面装饰)翻拌均匀
  • 11.六寸的圆型蛋糕,模具底部和四周垫油纸
  • 12.完成的蛋糕糊倒入蛋糕模具里
  • 13.将剩余的蓝莓均匀地洒在面糊表面
  • 14.入预热好的烤箱烘烤,烘烤时间应灵活掌握,牙签插入1CM时没有湿的面糊带出,而插入2CM时可带出湿润的面糊时,即可取出,我180度烤了30分钟左右
  • 15.蓝莓巧克力蛋糕完成,蛋糕冷藏可放置一周左右,回温后食用更美味
