冬瓜汤
冬瓜是常见的一种蔬菜,味清甜,多水份。冬瓜是一种药食兼用的蔬菜,具有多种保健功效。
冬瓜用来做菜方法很多,我喜欢在炖制冬瓜的时候放上几粒八角或一小撮虾皮或者是几粒海米,这样做出的菜味道鲜香。而且冬瓜也喜欢和肉类搭配,特别是炖汤的时候放上排骨或腌肉,炖出的汤汤汁香味浓郁特别鲜美。

    • 1.冬瓜选用这种白醭很厚的,白醭厚证明这个冬瓜它成熟了。
    • 2.冬瓜去皮,去瓤切厚块。
    • 3.提前泡发干贝、海米。
    • 4.锅里加水,放入冬瓜片、生姜片。
    • 5.大火煮开后,放入海米、干贝改小火炖制。
    • 6.等冬瓜透明,变软后,撒精盐、胡椒粉即可。
