在外地生活,特想念老家的油饼(油舌)
每次春节一回家,第一件事就是去路边的油饼摊位上,买上几个油饼
大口的吃,一次能解决十来个
本来想把家里的石磨带出来,想吃就做,可惜太重了
搬一块石头出来,笑死人了。。。。

  • 4.把盐加入磨好的浆里面。.
  • 5.加入葱花。
  • 6.搅拌均匀。
  • 7.锅里倒入油,烧至6成热。
  • 8.接着把浆装上圆铁勺内,摊平。
  • 9.放入油锅中炸至双面鼓起。
  • 10.呈金黄色捞起。
  • 11.特点是质地柔软味道醇香.
