燕麦蛋挞
蛋挞大家都不陌生,外皮酥脆,内馅软嫩香滑。之前做过多种水果味的,像芒果蛋挞,榴莲蛋挞、蓝莓蛋挞等。这次加了燕麦,相对于之前的水果味,更多了一种谷物香,而且更加健康。

  • 燕麦片30g
  • 挞皮9个
  • 淡奶油75g
  • 牛奶70g
  • 蛋黄两个
  • 砂糖30g
  • 炼奶7g
  • 低粉7g

Steps to make 燕麦蛋挞

  • 1.原料备用,燕麦用的是芬兰进口的Myllyn Paras完整谷粒大燕麦片,燕麦颗粒更大,口感更好。
  • 2.淡奶油,牛奶,砂糖和炼乳倒入容器中,边加热边搅拌,至砂糖融化。
  • 3.放凉的挞水加入蛋黄后再次搅拌匀均。
  • 4.最后筛入低粉拌匀。
  • 5.充分搅拌均匀,然后过筛。
  • 6.取适量的燕麦片。
  • 7.放入挞皮中。
  • 8.挞水倒入挞皮内,8-9分满。
  • 9.烤箱预热220度,然后放入蛋挞坯。
  • 10.烤20分钟左右即可。
