剁椒蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝

Steps to make 剁椒蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝

  • 1.扇贝肉解冻后洗净,摘掉黑色的部位,这样吃起来口感比较好。
  • 2.粉丝用冷水浸泡变软。一定要用冷水泡制,如果是热水或者温水,粉丝就会被泡胀,蒸制的时候无法吸更多汤汁,不能够入味。
  • 3.平底锅中倒入底油,加入一半蒜蓉煸至颜色发黄。
  • 4.再加入一勺剁椒继续煸至蒜蓉变为金黄色。
  • 5.将生抽和清水1:1混合,倒入煸炒剁椒的锅中,开锅后关火。
  • 6.煸好的蒜蓉辣酱与另一半蒜蓉混合。
  • 7.粉丝泡好后铺在盘子的底部,扇贝肉均匀的码在粉丝上面。
  • 8.做好的蒜蓉辣酱用勺子均匀的浇在扇贝上,蒸锅烧开上汽后把扇贝放入锅里,大火蒸制8分钟即可。
