Steps to make 泡菜肥牛饭

  • 1.第一步,先把大米投洗干净之后如电饭煲,加入平时煮饭的水量按煮饭键开始煮饭。我的米和水比例1:1.1.
  • 2.西兰花掰开泡洗干净,洋葱切丝。泡菜和肥牛备好。
  • 3.再来调料汁,1勺淀粉,1勺白糖,2勺生抽,1勺酱油,1勺甜辣酱(没有可免)适量盐,加入半小碗水调匀。
  • 4.烧开水加一点点盐,把西兰花焯熟捞出。
  • 5.再把肥牛放进去,用筷子打散,肥牛变色捞出。
  • 6. 锅里烧热底油,洋葱爆香。
  • 7.肥牛下锅。
  • 8.把调好的酱汁倒进锅里。
  • 9.最后把泡菜放进去翻炒匀关火。
  • 10.米饭煮到剩5分钟时打开盖子,把泡菜肥牛盖在饭上面继续把煮饭程序完成。
  • 11.泡菜肥牛饭好了。
  • 12.真的太好吃了。
