Steps to make 天使蛋糕

  • 1.蛋白打至鱼眼泡状后,加入盐,滴几滴白醋
  • 2.加入20克的糖;打到浓稠时,再加入20克糖;呈明显纹路时;加入最后的20克糖。
  • 3.打到蛋白湿性发泡
  • 4.低粉过筛后倒入蛋白中
  • 5.翻拌均匀,注意手法,避免消泡,图为搅拌好的样子
  • 6.倒入模具,震出气泡
  • 7.烤箱上火150,下火140,35分钟左右。
  • 8.口感还不错
  • 9.搭配巧克力酱口感棒棒哒
  • 10.配上自己做的冰激凌,绝配啊!
