银耳山楂汤

Steps to make 银耳山楂汤

  • 1.山楂洗净,喜欢的可以去掉籽。山楂果肉细薄,味道酸甜,其所含的解脂酶能促进脂肪类食物的消化,有清除体内多余脂肪的功效。
  • 2.银耳泡发择洗干净备用。银耳营养丰富,胶质不输燕窝,口感也相去不远,价格却要便宜许多,堪称平民燕窝。
  • 3.苹果去皮洗净,切成块。苹果具有益胃,生津,除烦,醒酒的作用。
  • 4.汤锅加入适量的水,下入银耳大火烧开,中火煮20分钟左右,下入山楂和苹果,中火煮40分钟左右。
  • 5.最后10分钟下入冰糖煮至融化粘稠为好。
  • 6.出锅。酸酸甜甜的银耳山楂汤。
