Steps to make 蒸胡萝卜丝

  • 1.备好小麦淀粉和胡萝卜。强调的一点是一定要用小麦淀粉,也就是澄面,这样口感才更好。
  • 2.胡萝卜切成宽度约2毫米的方丝,先用少量食用油拌均匀。
  • 3.加一勺是小麦淀粉。
  • 4.拌均匀,淀粉的量以胡萝卜丝均匀裹上淀粉为宜。
  • 5.开水上笼蒸一分钟。
  • 6.蒸一分钟后立即拿出来抖散。
  • 7.再撒一勺小麦淀粉,快速拌均匀。
  • 8.依然是开水上笼蒸5分钟。
  • 9.蒸好后立即抖散。
  • 10.锅里放一点食用油,把干辣椒丝煸香。
  • 11.放入香葱碎立即离火。。
  • 12.炸好的油倒入胡萝卜丝里,再放些盐,拌均匀即可。因是早上吃的,所以把香葱稍微炸了一下,也可以不用炸葱,直接放盐,香葱碎和辣椒油调味。
  • 13.拌好的胡萝卜丝就可以吃啦。
